The clean, modern room was a pleasant surprise. With comfortable beds and ample amenities, it provided a decent rest. The location is great for nearby dining options, though the breakfast fell short with limited choices. It's a solid stop for a night, but don’t expect luxury here.

The room was extremely outdated and unclean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the walls had noticeable grime. Also, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep peacefully.

We loved staying here with our small kids! The medieval-themed lobby was fun and unique, and we appreciated the clean and comfortable room with two queen beds. Plus, it’s conveniently located just 6 km from Southern Adventures!

In my kids' opinion, a pool would have been great.

i had a great stay at surestay. the staff was super friendly, and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. i loved being conveniently close to shagnasty's grubbery and pour house, where the food was surprisingly delicious. the breakfast area was clean, and the included breakfast was a nice perk!

Had a pretty chill night here. The room was clean and spacious, which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but decent enough. Only thing was the location felt a bit sketchy at night, wasn't super comfortable walking around outside.
